No Worry Ticket Purchases
Can’t attend a show for which you have purchased tickets? As a Platinum Plus VIP Member, you can contact us to transfer your tickets to any other show, on any other date, at any other time, to a show of equal or lesser ticket price. Ticket transfers must be requested before the start time of the show that you can not attend. Requests for the transfer of tickets after the unattended show’s start time can not be honored.
