what time do the doors open?
Doors open 45 minutes before the show time.
How Do I get my tickets?
You will receive an email containing your tickets, the tickets can be printed from this email. Tickets are also sent via text message and can be shown at the door on your mobile device. As always, the box office will be happy to print your tickets when you arrive.
What is the cancelation policy?
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to future dates or other events once purchased. Tickets may be gifted to friends or family.
What are the box office Hours?
The Box Office attendant is on staff on show dates 2 hours prior to the show time and 30 minutes after. The box office can be reached Tuesday – Friday on non-show dates by phone at (270) 362 – 4224
How Do I use my membership?
If you have a membership you must create an account with SimpleTix on the website at TheBadgettPlayhouse.com. Your membership is linked to your email address and tickets will only be discounted when you are logged into your account.
How do series passes work?
Your series pass is a group of tickets purchased at one time. You will have the same seat for each show in the series. Once you purchase your series pass you will be emailed all the tickets for that pass. You will receive a reminder two days prior to each of the show in the pass.
Do I have to create an account to purchase tickets?
Yes & No.
If you are just purchasing tickets for a single show or do not have a membership, you do not have to create an account.
If you hold a membership, you must create an account as the membership benefits will be linked to your account.
It is highly recommended that everyone creates an account with your first ticket purchase. Your account will allow access to reprint tickets, request changes, and expedite the checkout process for future ticket purchases.
Does the Badgett Serve Concessions?
Yes. There is a full-service concession area that sells popcorn, sodas, and candy.
Can outside food or drink be brought in to the theater?
No. Concessions is offered onsite.
Is Alcohol available?
Beginning with the 2026 season, The Badgett will offer limited bar items, including wine, beer, & a frozen beverage. The Badgett will require age verification and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
All alcoholic beverage must be in a Badgett Bar cup which is purchase with the first drink. Bar cups are reusable and patrons may bring the cup back during future visits for reduced price bar beverages.
Are seats ADA accessible?
There is ADA accessible seating on the back row of the auditorium that does not require maneuvering up or down steps. Staff onsite will assist anyone needing assistance. Please note there is a step every third row.
What discounts are available?
Standard tickets offer a discount for Seniors (65+), Military, and Children (12 & under). Children 3 & under do not require a ticket but must be seated in the lap of the patron.
Does The Badgett Offer Group Rates?
Yes. Groups of 20+ will receive the following discounts:
- 20+ = 10% discount
- 30+ = 15% discount
- 40+ = 20% discount
- 50+ = 25% discount
