Cancelation and Refunds
Tickets purchased for a specific show are valid for that show and show time only. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates, times, or shows. Patron with tickets to a specific show that they can no longer attend may provide those tickets to a friend or family member wishing to enjoy the show for which the tickets were purchased.
Venue & Act Cancellations
In the event that The Badgett Playhouse or an act scheduled to perform at The Badgett Playhouse cancels a performance for which you hold a ticket. The full ticket price will be refunded. The patron may choose to have a credit in the full amount issued to use for another performance at the venue if preferred.
